Who is DONNA.ai?
DONNA.ai was formerly known as Aureus Analytics. We specialize in providing data and analytics solutions for agencies by directly integrating with their Agency Management System (AMS). Our tools are designed to enhance agency performance, growth, and efficiency by optimizing the management of staff, producers, and client portfolios.
Why did SIAA acquire the assets of DONNA?
In 2023, SIAA launched iPortfolio® which further enabled SIAA to provide its affiliates with market access, enhanced revenue, agency development services and support with technology, data and analytics. Following SIAA’s model of building a portfolio of independent agencies and books of business, we began building a portfolio of data across SIAA Member Agencies for the purpose of using data-driven insights to help members continually improve performance.
The opportunity was presented to acquire the assets of DONNA®.ai and integrate the system, capabilities and people into SIAA’s current data infrastructure. SIAA’s relationship with the DONNA®.ai team goes back over 4 years and DONNA®.ai will now provide an expansion of key services and infrastructure for iPortfolio ®. This also opens doors for Strategic Partners to identify opportunities to the benefit of the entire eco-system: Member Agencies, Strategic Partners, Master Agencies and SIAA.
What is happening to DONNA.ai and the team?
The DONNA team is now part of SIAA and has been integrated into SIAA’s existing IT department. David Meinen, SIAA’s Chief Information Officer (CIO), will continue to oversee all strategic and tactical technology initiatives. Anurag Shah, co-founder and CEO of DONNA.ai, has been appointed as SIAA’s Chief Data Officer and will play a pivotal role in our senior leadership team.
With the acquisition, DONNA as an independent business has ceased operations, and its assets and capabilities have been fully integrated into SIAA.
I am an existing client/subscriber of DONNA®.ai. What does this purchase of assets mean to me, including will there be any changes to billing terms or how I make payments?
DONNA®.ai built and provided a service in which SIAA believes and sees value for independent agents. This is why SIAA has invested in acquiring the assets of DONNA®.ai.
• If you are NOT a SIAA Member Agency, your data will be segregated and not aggregated with participating SIAA Agents. Your subscription fees and services will remain the same, and you will continue to make payments as currently established.
• If you are a SIAA Member Agency, everything remains the same, your data will continue to be aggregated across SIAA, and you’ll gain access to additional SIAA specific services and benefits. Fees for this service will stop immediately and you will continue to receive DONNA®.ai services at no additional cost as a SIAA Member Agent.
What is the future of DONNA®.ai within SIAA?
DONNA®.ai functionality will remain as it exists today, while the brand will likely transition to a user friendly and informative name structure at a future date. DONNA®.ai will be an opt-in service available to SIAA Member Agencies as part of SIAA’s iPortfolio® data, analytics, and
business intelligence initiatives. SIAA will continue to invest in and enhance the platform’s capabilities and will also integrate it into its technology ecosystem to deliver reporting and analytics that support agency operation and drive revenue opportunities across the network.
The system will support SIAA Member Agencies, however, existing DONNA®.ai clients and even other agencies can continue to participate outside of the SIAA infrastructure.
How does DONNA®.ai help agencies grow?
The DONNA®.ai platform gives agencies better insight into their book of business, providing valuable intelligence on carriers, customers, and individual policies. It surfaces retention and cross-sell opportunities, gives enhanced information on customers and prospects, and allows
agencies to prioritize their highest potential opportunities and customers. Once integrated into the SIAA technology ecosystem, it will deliver additional reporting and insights that drive revenue and save member agencies significant time monthly.
How will DONNA®.ai help SIAA's Strategic Partner Companies?
SIAA will continue to use the data at its disposal to identify and prioritize distribution opportunities that go down to the state, agency, class of business, and even policy level. Feeding into SIAA’s Velocity program, this technology will be used to connect SIAA Strategic Partners with SIAA Member Agencies looking to grow where you are. SIAA will continue to invest in and expand carrier functionality.

How does this acquisition affect my data security and privacy? Will my data be protected?
SIAA will continue to use industry-leading data security practices to protect data on the platform.
Will I need to sign a new agreement due to this transition?
All customers will be required to agree to updated terms and conditions which reflect the ownership change upon login post-transaction. There will be no changes to the functionality of the current DONNA®.ai platform.
Will there be disruptions to my existing DONNA®.ai service/support? Will there be any down time during the transition? Will I maintain DONNA®.ai support and account management contacts from before the purchase of assets?
There will be no disruptions to the DONNA®.ai service. However, depending upon the AMS your agency uses, there may be some additional time needed for the system data to refresh. The DONNA®.ai support team will reach out to you directly with additional information You will
continue to work with the same support and account management contacts as before.
Do I need to take any action related to any current API connections or data feeds?
No, you don’t need to take any action to keep your current subscription running smoothly.
