Business Forecast and Simulation Widget - Foresight

Newly launched Business Forecast & Simulation Widget produces business forecasts and allows you to look into the future and see how to focus your business around issues and/or opportunities.

The widget analyzes past data and generates automatic business forecasts for your agency including projected:

• Rolling Renewal Premium: Premium that you had over last 12 months (YTD) that rolls over to the next month
• New Business Premium: Annualized premium added in that month
• Cancellation Loss: Annualized premium lost due to cancellation of policies in that month
• Non-Renewal Loss: Annualized premium lost due to Non-renewal of policies due for renewal in that month.

Billing Integration

We've added a billing capability where you can easily manage your DONNA subscription and make payments using a credit or debit card. Principals can access the billing module directly from the DONNA dropdown menu.

Dashboard Enhancements

1. Renamed Customer vintage to customer tenure
2. Users can now hover over the "other" section to see a full breakdown of included LOBs.

My Portfolio Enhancements

1. Ability to download data from the table in Excel and CSV format
2. Ability to filter customers based on Product (LOB)
3. Ability to filter customers based on Carrier

1. Customers are now color-coded based on their category as a regular or VIP customer.
   • VIP customers are now shown in Gold, Regular customers in silver

1. Users now have the ability to view all customer details in one list directly from the customer tab.

SentiMeter Tab

1. SentiMeter popups can now be turned on or off to allow for cleaner access to the Sentimeter Journey.
2. Users can now view SentiMeter changes on a per policy level using an easy to navigate drop-down menu
3. Ability to view the timeline over the past 3 months, 6 months, 1 Year, etc.
