Our newly launched notifications system gives you direct push notifications to changes and new information when entering the dashboard. You will now be notified when your agents have given kudos with the ability to dive deeper into the customer. Moving forward, we will be adding all sorts of exciting new in-app and email notifications along with the ability to choose the notifications you’d like and how you’d like them.
Our data enrichment portal just got even more in-depth! Drill down into your data enrichments by states and even zip codes. Clickable data enrichment map shows you how much data has been enriched and further details on a state level and even a zip code level so you can further analyze your enrichments.
Renewal Filter on My Portfolio screen now allows you to easily slice and dice your data based on upcoming renewals. By default, the filter shows you all the customers assigned to you with upcoming renewals.
Renewal Filter on Data Enrichment, Customer Analytics, and Carrier Analytics gives you a multi-select dropdown that provides fixed options to filter the customer records due to Renewal.

Clicking on a customer’s name will now always bring you to the Customer One View, no more need to click on the Customer ID to enter (though you can still do that too, of course).
