The integration of DONNA with Tarmika allows for a seamless quoting process with the power of DONNA recommendations:

• A "Get Quote" option is available for BOP predictions in DONNA Quick View and One View

Customer SentiMeter® Engine Enhancements

Based on customer feedback SentiMeter® has been enhanced SentiMeter® scores:

• Non-renewal of specific product types will no longer affect the Customer SentiMeter® score
• The SentiMeter® decay feature has been introduced to update the SentiMeter® score when there is no customer interaction for a long period of time
