Agents can now access customers that are likely to leave, upcoming renewals, and those with multiple DONNA predictions lightning fast and all without leaving the dashboard!

Enhanced User Management

You can now easily enable and manage custom data access for your agents to ensure that they see only those customers that you would like them to. This is particularly useful if your agency might have multiple account executives managing accounts for which they might not be tagged directly on.

Additional Commercial & Personal Lines Predictions!

We’ve added a number of new rules in commercial lines to help you better maintain and round out your accounts.  

• General Predictions include rules for: Client Win-Back, Client Anniversaries, and account rounding (flood, earthquake, wildfire) predictions.  
• Commercial Lines Predictions include rules for: Rounding out of commercial accounts, reminders to update property lists, cyber insurance, business auto insurance, personal lines recommendation, and key man life insurance predictions.  
• Personal Lines Predictions include: Appraisal reminder and additional life insurance predictions.  

QQ Catalyst Integration!

We are now integrated with QQCatalyst so if you have any friends who would like to access the power of DONNA but use QQCatalyst, send them our way. We’re ready for them! 

Minor Bug Fixes / Product Enhancements

Based on your feedback, we’ve fixed a number of minor bugs to make sure that DONNA works even more quickly, effectively, and efficiently.
